Primarily working in oils and acrylic paint as a base, Pennsylvania-based artist Stephon Dalencourt has made art professionally for over four years. He creates impactful and dramatic works that span the genres of abstract collage to figurative mixed-media while capturing the nuances of human vices and sociopolitical issues. Born in 2004, he received his BFA in 2026 from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and has shown his work at a growing list of college galleries. His work takes influence from multiple sources, but mainly explores the classical nature of Renaissance painting juxtaposed against the brash variety of post-modernism. His first completed series, “LOOK AT ME!” is a testament to such modernism, featuring bold line work and experimental form.
